Enable or Disable Auto Address fill

Having Windows live mail complete addresses as you start typing in an email's To: field is most convenient and extremely dangerous because two similar names could be confusing. you may even send a sensitive message to the wrong person, you may want to prevent similar gaffes in the future. If you always have to type all email addresses by hand, you probably wonder where the convenience is ?

Windows live mail can satisfy both needs: it's easy to turn address auto-completion on or off. If you delete the dangerous address from the auto-complete list, you can even comfort from both needs at the same time. Our Texpert has explained about how to turn On or Off Address auto-completion in Windows live mail.

Steps to enable or prevent
Windows live mail completing email addresses and contacts as you start typing them when addressing emails:

  •     Select "Tools" | "Options"... from the menu.
  •     Go to the "Send" tab.
  •     Click "OK".

These steps can be followed for Windows live mail installed in Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc..
