Highlight sender mail with a Color

           Work mails are in red, and Friends mail are in yellow. Family mails are in blue, and rest in  green. By color-coding messages from certain recipients automatically in IncrediMail you can immediately see who's mails are in your Inbox and from. How can you do that? It's easy!

Steps to highlight mail from a sender with a color in IncrediMail:

    set up a filter with the following characteristics:

•     If | From line contains followed by the email address of the sender

        You can choose people in your address book easily by selecting the ... button next to the input field.

•     then | Highlight it with color followed by the color.

        You can specify the color by clicking on the ... button and then selecting the desired color.

These steps can be followed for IncrediMail installed in Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc
