Spam Bully: Filter All Mail in a Folder

          If you don't have Spam Bully filter a folder in Outlook Express for spam automatically, what it does when you click Scan Folder in the toolbar is scanning all unread messages only.

I have a few archive folders with old, but valuable messages in them — and maybe one or the other junk email, too. Naturally, they're all read. Fortunately, I don't have to mark them unread for Spam Bully to filter them for spam.

Steps to filter all mail in a folder with Spam Bully:

•     Click on the down arrow next to the Scan Folder button in the Spam Bully toolbar.

•     Select Scan all messages for spam from the menu.

Do check the Spam folder now, though. The uncharacteristically old and possibly uncharacteristic emails may have fooled the filter.Spam Bully supports Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/ Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 and Windows Mail/Outlook Express/Outlook.
