Backup address book in IncrediMail

                    Now that you've used IncrediMail , it has become a huge file of contact information. Want to use all the names, phone numbers and email addresses in a different email program? It's time to save your IncrediMail contacts to a CSV file — where they can be typically imported into any software and service handling contacts.  we have tried to provide you with steps which are simple and easy to perform on your own.

Steps to export your IncrediMail address book for copying or backup:

•     Select "Tools" | "Address Book"... from the menu.

•     Select "File" | "Export"... from the address book's menu.

•     Go to the folder where you want to keep the backup copy of your address book.

•     Optionally, enter a custom file name for the copy.

             The standard "IncrediMail Contacts (csv)" should work fine, though.

•     Click "Save". 

These steps can be followed for IncrediMail installed in Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc
