Creating Mailing list: IncrediMail

             To mail a number of people at the same time easily, why do you need to panic and it is not  complicated. Our Texpert has explained about creating mailing list in easy and simple steps which is mentioned in this article.

      Mail list would be helpful when you are trying to send single email to multiple contact like your friends or family. Normally you start typing or adding contacts one by one into to "To:" list etc but this process takes time and it may even be annoying  so you can create a mailing list where you can just add that mailing to "To:" column etc you have included all contacts which are there in mailing list.
 
Steps to set up a simple mailing list in IncrediMail:

•     Select "Tools" | "Address Book"... from the menu in IncrediMail.

•     Click the "Group" toolbar button.

•     Give the group a name.

•     "Add people" to it using the "Add" -> button.

           *  If you want to add somebody not yet in your IncrediMail address book, you can do so by clicking New Contact.

•     Click "OK".  

 

These steps can be followed for IncrediMail installed in Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc
