Before email, we knew pretty well what a signature was. It did not include a quotation, and no URLs either. With IncrediMail, you can start practicing your signature again and add it to the messages you send — "handwritten".
Create a Handwritten Signature in IncrediMail
Steps to set up a hand-written email signature in IncrediMail:
- Start by composing a new message in IncrediMail.
- Select Tools | Signature | New Signature... from the message's menu.
- Use pencil and rubber to create your personal signature on the grid.
- Click Save.
- Click OK.
Now that you have a handwritten signature in IncrediMail, make sure it is appended. These steps can be followed for IncrediMail installed in Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc
