It's easy to send and receive emails with IncrediMail. But in this age of spam filters and servers bogged down by worms etc, it is not always certain that a message you send will be received, unfortunately.
It's good to know that an email has arrived, though. For this purpose, IncrediMail lets you request a read receipt for any message you send. When the recipient opens the message, they are usually asked to confirm the receipt. If they do, you'll get a message back certifying that your email has been displayed (and possibly read, too).
Request a Read Receipt for a Message in IncrediMail
Steps to request a read receipt for an email you are composing in IncrediMail:
Select "Message" | "Request Read Receipt" from the menu while composing the message to make sure the item is checked.
If Message | Request Read Receipt is already checked, selecting the menu item again will disable the read receipt feature for this message.
