Microsoft Office has offered a beautiful program along with its usual line of word processing, slide making and spread sheet applications- One Note. It is very helpful in making any important notes in a very important time and in a very rough format as we usually do. Its greatest advantage is that the data will be automatically saved.
In outlook 2010, under Home tab we have an option called One Note on the ribbon Move
This will open a dialog box where it asks us to choose a section to copy the email.
When we choose Unfiled notes folder it will be saved in it as below.
The email being pasted can be edited to meet the requirements or just erase unnecessary data to save what is required.
